Column
--------
AAA
BBB
CCC
DDDD
AAA
AAA
BBB
 
For a column I need to count the number of times of AAA,BBB & display it in report
 
AAA   BBB  CCC    DDD
3         2      1       1

Use the Cross Report to Dispaly the count

Report -> Cross Tab
    For columns count select Column field and for Summarized field
   
    Select the same column Count of the Column.
and Place the same in the report.
