I am having trouble with a report that I have created in CR XI and distributed using CR Server XI

 

Since the report is created and e-mailed to some users every morning, I used the "Current Date " function to generate the report and a recurring schedule in InfoView to distribute the copies. I send the users Infoview hyperlinks and this works just fine.

 

 

Here is where the problem is:

 

In addition to the above I e-mail a ".rpt"  file copy (with data) to myself. This was intended for archival purpose. Such as a user needing detail from a previous date.

 

When I retrieve the archived report from my e-mail, the report automatically recalculates and updates all of the saved data with "Current Date" values, and not the date the report was saved. 

 

I'm looking for assistance as to how to get around the recalculation without having to manually change the date parameter every day.
