I could really use some help here.  Dead

I have a VBA app that uses Crystal 11 ActiveX runtime designer:  CRAXDRT
 
I cannot for the life of me get my app to logon to my SQL Server Express database.  Everything I've tried fails.
 
Somebody has got to have resolved this somehow; can you please send me snippets that might help?  I'll try anything.
