Hi, a got this problem...

Page Head
Detail a
Detail b
Detail c
Detail d
Detail e
Detail f
Detail g
I need the Page Head to have a supress on Detail B, but it can appear on the other details.
Using Crystal Reports X
I've tried to make a Group, but i can't do the Supress only in one Detail..

I'm not sure I quite understand your question...

However, you can suppress only a single detail section by right clicking on that section, choosing "section expert", and checkmarking the Suppress box.

Ok,
Explain the question,

I need the Page Head only show on Detail A and C and not on D C E F.

So the Page Head, will be a Variable on Report Structure.
It looks like this
Page Head
Detail A
Detail B
Page Head
Detail C
Detail D
Detail E
Detail F

But because of the structure of the report i cant use the sobrereport to insert like Page Head.

So the question on simple mode is.

Can i use the Page Head, like a Variable information on the Report using the Detail like a filter?

Im brazilian so im so sorry for some english mistake.

You could always "fake it" and just insert the data, text whatever you had in the page header and copy it into a section between details b & c.
Example,
 
Page Header says "Header"
Detail A
Detail B
Detail C - Put "Header" again
Detail D - was detail c, moved down one section
Detail E - was detail d
 
etc. Move all sections down one.
