I have my clients refreshing the reports from their desktops directly. When I bring these reports to a centralised environment, we get problems with the Character sets. Our centralised enviroment is in Paris and also the local language settings  is in French. When the reports are taken from Slovenian users and are placed in the Centralised solution we face problems with the characters of Slovenian are replaced with Junk values.

 

Any ideas please.
