I'll try a clean install when I have time to uninstall/install, etc.

In the meantime, I uninstalled R2 and reinstalled XI.

In my research, it looked like something wasn't getting updated correctly in the registry or a key wasn't being added.

I also came across the solution that Brian found - to do a clean install.
