I'm new to Crystal Reports and have the role of administering it.  I have various questions which I would like to explore answers to once I can clearly formulate them.  In the interim I would like to read what I can on the general administrative side of the product.

 

I'm currently reading George Peck's book on Crystal Reports XI, and while it is an awesome source of information for the developer, it doesn't seem to offer any insight into the nuts and bolts of the application from the admin side of the equation.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
