All,
I have created a Top 10 (out of 50) Issues report using the Group Sort Expert. Is shows groups of the top 10 issue types, (Hardware, Software, User Error), a count for each type, and individual records of issues within each type of issue.
Now I would like to add a summary to the header of my report, showing the top 10 Issue Types, and a sum of Issue Count for each, sorted in descending order.
I thought adding a cross-tab would be a simple way to do it, but I can't see if there is a way to limit the cross-tab results so only the top 10 are displayed.
Any ideas? Is there a better / simpler way?
