I am new to Crystal. I installed Crystal Reports & BusinessOjects XI on a server with the thought that all who have remotely access the server can view reports.  When the user clicks on the reports, they are prompted to select a program to open the file with.  What do I have to do so the users have the ability to view the reports without installing a viewer packages on their workstations?

Hi

You have to use Infoview for remote users to access ,Also check with your IT admin group for any security issues when granting remote access to users.

Infoview is another web-based interface which you can use to give user access to view the reports that you have published on Crystal Reports Server ot Business Objects XI ,before you give access to used you will need to set Rights at Group Level or User Level ,Also you need to check  the type of authentication you are using when users log-in.
