Since I designed the report, I have added new fields to my table.  The new fields do not show in the Field Explorer, Database Fields, tablename. 

How do I update Field Explorer to show the new db fields?

Go to Database and select Verify database

FYI- you can set this to automatically do this everytime you open the report in your Report Options set up.
