Im using DCP param... and would like to find out if its possible for Crystal to have different design layout according to the selection on the parameters...
 
let say i selected  A on my DCP... this will have a design type 1
and if i selected B on DCP this will have a design type 2...
 
is this possible... Thanks again...!!!!

You can control the overall design layout using CSS, but it's not granular enough to use a different CSS file for each parameter.

If you're not using subreports in your report, you could create a subreport for each report design, putting each subreport in its own section.  You would then suppress the sections based on the value of the parameter.
 
Or, you could have two reports and the user selection would determine which report you actually display.
