The day of the month is given in a field in the db.

In quarterly situaitons this the last day of the quarterly period.

The frequency is also given in a field.

 

I don't know if I should do multiple formulas or set variables in one.  ???

 

I've gotten started with 3 formulas one shows this month, another next month and another last month.  My thought was to create one that looks at today and  depending on where today is in relation to the recurring date one of the three formulas will be selected.
