I have been doing a lot of custom report work lately for my customers that is not contractual in nature. It's getting to the point that I don't have enough time in the day.

I am considering charging for all custom work from here on out with maybe several tiers of pricing including something premium for work that someone wants completed withing a 24 or 48 hour time period.

My question for every is this;

Do anyone of you have clients that use reports via an application or a CR server and do you do feature requests, cosmetic modifications for A. Free B. X amount an hour C. a flat rate if it's 15 minutes or 15 hours?

I want to set a pricing structure that's fair to me and to my customers.
