Hi. Just wondering if any other Crystal report support person knows a solution on releasing concurrent licenses when end-users do not log out properly and X out the application? Not sure if there even is a process on this subject.\, but asking the question anyway.
Our department purchased 30 licenses which you would think is enough. But apparently some end-users are not logging out properly whick locks the license(s) until we have to perform the ultimate reboot that releases them all.
We are running Crystal XI on an MS windows 2003 OS.
Not sure if any other Crystal report systems administrators have this issue.
Much appreciated on any suggestions in advance.
