Hi Crystal Report Compiler,

I study the crystal report just few weeks ago. I have a question about the crystal report design for cross-tab. I am reporting the number of call received group by "responded within 15 minutes and exceed 15 minutes" and each of that I group again by the date.

In the summary, now I want to have a cross-tab with summary:
                                                                         Date       Date
Number of call                                              :
Number of call responded within 15 mins     :
Number of call responded within 15 mins % :

e.g:
                                                                     15-03-09          16-03-09
Number of call                                              : 138                    97
Number of call responded within 15 mins     : 120                    97
Number of call responded within 15 mins % : 86.9%                100%

Now I am having problem on summarizing that percentage put in the cross tab.
Anyone know how to do that or any other solution rather than cross-tab, please help.

Thanks in advance.

In the crosstab add the Date field as a coulmn and group by day.
For rows add the "15 minute identifying field".
IN the field to summarize add whatever field is unique that you are counting on TWICE.
for the first time set it as a COUNT.
for the second one set it as a COUNT shown as a percentage of the total per row.

You may want to invert the process and use the 15 minute identifyer as the column instead of the row depending on how many days you have. This way it will roll onto new pages down instead of across.
