Is it possible to export data to a single file for each record returned, and save the file what is in a specific field?
 
For example, if six records return, is it possible to create six individual pdf files with a specified field as the saved name?  Or, if it cannot be saved what is in a specific file, is it just possible to create the individual files?

No, it's not possible - export will only go to a single file.
