I have one report ACD_001.rpt with county as parameter.
this report will be run for only three counties.
1.Jackson
2.Yamhill
3.Columbia
for example first I ran this report for county "Jackson" then exported the data into excel with default name as "acd_001.xls"
now if I run the report for county "Yamhill" then exported the data into excel the old "acd_001.xls" file will be overwritted with new "acd_001.xls"
The problem is i cant run this report manually so every time i cant give a filename before exporting into excel.
We will be scheduling the report in BO to run three time( one time for one county) and then it will automatically export the
data into excel. we want the excel filename to be the county which we passed as parameter to the report.
