Hello, on page 210 in the book it describes how to had an header to the cross-tab report. I follow the steps, but when I go to add the formula it is not on the list of the report fields. My first step was to create a formula, inside the formula I have formula="report name." I then go into cross-tab expert, and that's where I get stuck.
