I have two very similar reports that run perfectly well through Crystal, but behave differently when published to the users through Infoview.

Both have an ID number, created as Command.Person_ID, which is length 9.
The first report works as expected, but no matter what I have tried, the second refuses to show this number.  As far as I can see, the field is formatted exactly the same in the two reports, and in the same section layout.

What is it with Infoview that stops this happening? It is of course vital that an ID should be shown in the report
