Hello. I've got a strange problems with the Strikeout feature in one of my Crystal Reports 9 reports. I set Strikeout on a label and it shows correctly on my screen(it displays the text crossed out), but when I print it out, it shows the text normally, not striken. I went into Excel and entered a value in a cell in the same font(Arial) and size(10) and set it to strikeout and when I print, that works. So, I don't think it's anything with my printer not having the correct font or anything. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I would think this is a bug with the formatting. Have you downloaded the latest service packs for CR 9?

Just installed Service Pack 7 and it's still not working. I did narrow it down a bit more, though. I am on a new laptop with Windows Vista and it doesn't print correctly, but when I try it on my old laptop with Windows XP, it does print correctly. Guess it's a CR+Vista issue...

Yeah, everybody is reporting problems with Vista. I would report to BOBJ so that they know what the issues are and they can work on them.

Will do Brian. Thanks for the help. I wouldn't have moved to Vista if XP was still offered when buying a new laptop. Sometimes Microsoft really shoots themselves in the foot!

Oooh. And it looks like those of us still back on Crystal 9 are SOL, since CR9 is no longer supported.
