Hey Guys,

I have made a report that makes groups based on a price we bought products on (purchase price)
now when the group is made it is sorted from low to high and i would like to see it the other way arround.
now for some reason the groupsort expert is greyed out so i can't chage it :(

any idee ?

Tnx

I don't use the Group Expert, how I would change the sort order is to right click on the section, where it says 'Group Header #x' and select change group, there, there is a sorting combo box.

If that is unavailable, I don't know...I've seen it unavailable.

The group sort expert is activated when you have a summary inserted at your group level (using the insert summary option or a formula that could be created using it).
If you are grouping on a purchase price field use lockwelles suggestion and sort using the regular group expert. If you are trying to sort on summarized data you have to have a group and add a summary field on that group which allows you to sort via that summary (also used for top / bottom N options).
