Hello

I have two Tables linked together using the link table in crystal reports. The first table has columns: Code,Name,Total and the other has Code, description,Total they are linked together via the code column. Now when there are no records in the second table the report doesnt display. I need it to display even when the second table is empty. Is there a property to do this. Thanks in advance

You can click on the link between the two tables (that little line connecting them on the Links tab) and select the option Left Outer Join. This tells it to use all the tables from the table on the left even if there are no matching records from the table on the right (if your good table is on the right side, then choose Right Outer Join).

HTH,

Brian
