I created reports in crystal reports 2008 with parameters (begin date and end date) to change period dates. When I downloaded the crystal reports viewer to test if my users will be able to change the parameter, the button seems to be grayed out and it cannot be changed. Is there something I need to do with my parameters so users using the viewer can change the dates on the parameter? Or any setup in the viewer? The users will only have the viewer.
