I have a report with all the jobs for this year grouped in months and departments.
To count the jobs per month, per department or per month per department i used running total formulas. I know also the status of the jobs (active or closed).
Now I want a subreport like a summary table.
month depart. count all jobs closed jobs active jobs
Jan 1 250 135 115
Jan 2 500 378 122
....
Feb 1 95 65 30
Feb 2 465 0 465
...............
colomb 1 is the group1 name
colomb 2 is the group 2 name
and colomb 3 to 5 are results of the running totals formulas.
How do I make this table? And is it possible to make with this table a 100% bar chart?
