easy one probably

i want to restrict my data to a top 10 of a certain field.
instruction manual says i can right click on a field and apply a filter there.
i cannot see this.
 
can anyone point out where this is?

You can group by a field that has a summary field in it. Once you have that choose the Report > Group Sort Expert to make it a Top N report.
