Hi,

We are currently using crystal 9 and Access Dimensions, and i have been asked to amend the current pick sheet that is raised when a sales order is put on the system, however i am new to both of these programs and need some help! on each stock record within dimensions, the 'Bin No' is set as the warehouse location for that item, i have been asked to amend the picking sheets so the items are shown in warehouse location order, obviously to save people running back and forth all day.  how would i go about this? any help would be much appreciated

regards

Some of this is going to depend on how your report is currently grouped and sorted.  If you go to the Sort Expert - I'm not sure where the button for it is in 9, but in XI it's about in the middle of the toolbar and it has the letters "A" and "Z" on it - and post the group fields and the sort fields, I may be able to help you.

i have found that, and i have a long list on the left showing report fields, one of which is 'Bin code' which shows warehouse location, so if i just click add on that should it add a sort to it?
