Being new to Crystal Reports 11, I’m struggling to find the reason why one particular report inserts rogue carriage returns when outputted as a CSV file. The report needs to present itself as one customer per line, but at random, some customer lines have carriage returns inserted half way through the line therefore spreading the information over 2 lines, once the report is complete. I’ve tried all permutations in output format, checked the integrity of the data being captured, yet I still cannot find the reason why. Is this a possible bug? Or I am missing something very obvious?!?!?! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We had an issue where even though you set the pagination to zero, it still would insert an carriage return at line 60.  For us the only solution was to set the pagination to a really large number.  Lucky for us, the report was only a few pages.

Thanks for the advice Kevlray. Setting the Characters Per Inch to 25 and the pagination to 9000, seems to have done the trick! Many Thanks again for your help.
