I have grouped by reference number, Hide GH and detail and then put fields in GF in order to only show me the last note No. and Note Detail entered (thanks to kevlray on here for that tip!)

 

However, I have realised that the report excludes any references that do not yet have a call note added.  Is there anyway to make sure these are included in the report? Or if not how would I report on only those with no notes added?
