I have a table that has personal employee information in it that needs to be displayed on a report.  I add the fields I need and using the development db, the field shows.  When I bring the report into the user db, the field won't show.  I'm thinking that the programmer turned off visibility in visual studio.  Is this possible and how can I bypass that restriction or fix it?
