We are using 11 R2 with SQL Server 2008 with no issues.  We are not using any Java Applications, so I do not know if that will be an issue.  There is an new ODBC with 2008.

kevlray,
Thanks for the reply,Checked in the net CR release 2 supports SQL Server 2008, Is it possible to know whether CR release 1 suppports SQL Server 2008.I tried to generate report while using SQL Server 2008 along the latest jdbc driver. But crystal report is throwing Class not found expception looking for the old class file(the class file present in the jdbc driver that is used to access the SQL Server 2000 ).
