Hope someone can help on this. I have a field in my report that is "call number" and this is repeated several times in the report based on the different status of the call. I have used "distinct count" to use the actual number of calls.
Is it possible to have this number appear only once based on the final status of the call as the report seeker is only interested in the final status? "status" field is in text format and varies, a final status of a call could be forwarded, pending, closed etc.
