Hi,

Is it possible to add formula fields together then divide them to provide an average?

I have coloumns @Turnoveryear1 @Turnoveryear2 @Turnoveryear3 I would like to get the average.

thanks

Sure, if they return numbers.

(@Turnoveryear1 + @Turnoveryear2 + @Turnoveryear3) / 3 should work.

But the word "column" there concerns me. Hopefully it's just a typo?

Thanks, worked like a treat. Is it possible to then use the @average column as a parameter field to only filter out average turnover that is greater than a desired value, for example £200,000

Thanks

You can write a suppression formula or specify the record selection.

Though I think suppression only hides records.
