Is it possible to push data (like a DataSet) to a report that was designed with the pull model (a Stored Procedure is specified in the .rpt file)?

If not, is it possible to save a report with data, and then use that data later with a different report? (Or the same report, but a newer version of the .rpt file?)

I'm trying to make it faster to test our reports, and I don't want to have to worry about some test data no longer being available.
