We just introduced an Avaya system which uses Informix ODBC. We can get a connection to the database tables, however I receive the following error;
Failed to Retrieve Data from the database.
Details: 42000:[Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]No Select permission. sqlerm(splits) [Database Vendor Code: -272].
We had this error originally. Our Telco vendor fixed the problem. Now, its happening all over again.

This is an access rights issue in the database - the user ID that you're using to log in to the database from the report doesn't have access rights to select data from one or more tables in your report.
