I have a Cross Tab. I want to set a conditional format to a summarized field.

If the summarized field is less than zero I want it to show 0.

Where do I do this?

Thank you, A

I figured it out. You select the summarized field, right click to Format Field-- Common tab-- Suppress-- Click on formula button and put in

CurrentFieldValue<=0

Now I got that part working but I now want to sum all of the fields up to get a total. Problem is that when I do a formula to sum the fields it also sums the negative numbers and I only want it to sum if the value is a positive number. Can I do that?
