Can you use a formula field within another formula field?

I have a {@CalculatedEstimate} formula field. Can this be used as a condition in my {@Status} field?

Thanks

It depends on what the initial formula is doing - if you have any summary functions, such as Sum, Count, Max, etc. in the initial formula then you will not be able to use it in another formula.  Just about anything else can be used.

There is just a few nested if statements in the initial formula. I have quite a few of these initial formulas.

These then need to be used in another formula also with nested if statements.

You can create a function and use that in any formula. Functions have certain restrictions associated with them, so you have to check what is in your formula before converting it to a function.
