I have multiple receipt printers hooked up to registers with the receipt form coming from Crystal.  On really long receipts, it messes up the order of the 2nd copy of the receipt because of the page break at 11".  I originally had it marked to No Printer, but that selection doesnt let me pick Continuous Feed Roll paper, so I selected my network printer & set it to Continuous.  I then setup a custom paper size on the printer at the local & network level to be 1000mm long & it still does a page break after 11"
