In a cross tab, how can we display the column or row even if there is no data in the database. for example

Priority   Count
P1             20
P2             10
P3              0
P4              4
P5              0

Here the priorities P3 and P5 has no data but then it displaying the priority and data as 0. How can we achieve this in cross tab.

Thanks,

Here priority must be stored in some master table and the priority values must be picked from there only. Even if there is no value in the detail table but there should be atleast one value in the master table. Here P3 should be present in the master table, only then the probelem will be solved.

Thank you very much for the reply.

We have integrated Crystal Reports with Remedy and the records are getting pulled from the Remedy server. So there is no way that a priority can exist if there is no data.

So Can u suggest me a workaround to achieve this??
Thanks,
