Hi all,
I have a report with two groups.
i have the GH1 section suppressed completely and the variable that I am grouping on is placed in the page header so as to show up on each page and change accordingly whenever the variable changes.

In the GF1 I have totals based on some amounts.

The text box which contains this variable that I am grouping on appears in the last page too where only the RF prints.

How do I get rid of it?

I tried suppressing the text box using 'Onlastrecord' but it suppresses the box right from the page when last record was printed. So the text doesnt print on the ensuing GF1 page too. I just want it out of the last page where I print the RF section.

So necessarily, I want to suppress a box when the RF section arrives on the report.

any ideas...

Thanks!

I'm a little confused by the description of what is going on. You have a textbox somewhere on the page, and you don't want it to appear when the group footer is printed. But then you say that the textbox is suppressed you you use the OnLastRecord in the formula but it suppresses it in too many places? Not sure.... Can you try rephrasing it so that maybe my brain will click the second time around? Thanks.
