I just insstalled Crystal Reports 2011 and CR Server for scheduler. I want to export report data to MS excel in tab delimitted format. Is there a way to do this directly without going thru excel data only?

The format that you want is "Tab Separated Text (TTX)". I know this is available in Crystal 2008, but I don't have a Crystal 2011 installed on this computer so I can't tell for sure if it's in there as well.
