Hello,

 

As you can see, the Call Count is not summarizing correctly.  The two fields are are Group Name fields that are summarized based on Sequence Number and "Calculate this summary" by using Distinct Count.  I thought I could just put a Summary fied under the 2 counts to get the sum, but I was incorrect.  Does anyone know how I can get this to sum the numbers correctly?

First, I want to apologize for not getting back to you.  It's been a crazy week at work.  One of those....if it could go wrong, it did.

 

Finally, I want to thank you.  You were right.  A variable had to be created.
