I am using a Crystal Report to QA a large number of files. Entering the parameters for each file is rather tedious. Is there a way to scan a barcode to accept the parameters for the report, and run the report?

Not directly from Crystal. You would have to write an application that will read and parse the barcode and then run the report using that as a parameter.

The city I work in actually created a complete OCR line using code so the Treasurer's office can scan checks that were submitted, it prints on the Invoice receipt that is returned with payment..
