Hi All,

I am new to this forum and need some help. I am currently running Crystal Reports XI Developer, Product version 11.5.0.313 and am having a problem with the List of Values when I try to use it Dynamic instead of Static for my propmts. I am running this version of Crystal Reports via Citrix.

When I run this report on our Crystal Report Server via Info View the report work fine, also when I run the report via my PC which has Crystal Reports XI Professional, Product version 11.0.0.1282 it run fine.

 The Error I get when using the Dynamic Prompt is as follows:

Prompting Failed with the following Error Message: ’List of Values Failure: fail to get values. [Cause of Error: Error in File UNKOWN.RPT: Failed to create the Crystal Database Connector.]'.

 

Error source: prompt.dll Error code 0x8004380D

Is anyone able to help as I have searched many forums and google and can not find this anywhere with the same error.
