Hi Guys,
 
I am currently getting a strange error message when I am trying to run a report. I have tried googling it but havent managed to find anything that helps. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Error message is:
 
Error in formula <OnHandQuantityStoreDisplay>. 'WhilePrintingRecords; ' UFL 'u2lkern.dll' that implements this function is missing. File D:\ Crystal9\TEMP......etc.

I have a feeling that this is one of those uninstall/reinstall places as a dll that CR is trying to use isn't where it thinks it should be.
 
I guess I would try searching your system for the u2lkern.dll and seeing if it exists and where.
 
I could be completely wrong as I don't too often have to deal with installation errors.  I don't know what UFL means, but CR is usually pretty 'nice' in telling you where the error is, and what is wrong (even it is cryptic)

Thanks for your suggestion. I have found the dll file and it does exist. I think it is in the right place too so not sure what the problem is. I think I am just going to re-create the report but simplify it to see if I can get the results I need without the error. Cant see another way around it.
