I am running Crystal Reports XI with Excel. My report looks great, however I would like to save each page as a separate PDF. Currently every page(record) is being saved as one giant PDF. Is there some way I can split the PDF into multiple PDFs - one per record.

thanks,
k

Perhaps others will have a better solution.

The only suggestions I have is to save each page separately during the export process, which while doable is unsatisfactory. The other would be to consider how your report is designed and determine whether the data logic can be change to create separate reports. I believe this too will be unsatisfactory.

Apart from that, you may need to have the report run from a separate application that can hold necessary the looping/conditional logic to create the report and print it as separtate .pdf files.

Sorry I can be of more assistance.

There are various CR/PDF tools from third parties on the internet. I haven't used any of them, but I hear about them from time to time. You should Google it and see what is out there.
