I'm using crystal 8.5. I'd like to export my reports to the text format, but on clicking the export button; the text format does not appear.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling using the Custom feature.  Text is definitely there, but for some reason I'm not getting it.  Would anyone know why this is, and if there is a way that I can get it.
