Hi All,

For some people, it is creating an extra blank page in front, and these happen to one field, which are more than 3000 in character length.

after having a thorough survey study on the forums, I did like as follows

unchecking group together
checking suppress blank section

but did not workout, however, when I ticked, suppress (No Drill-Down), it was corrected in one more persons report only, the rest is still with the extra blank page.

The funny part is that there are still reports with extra blank page, where the character length are less than the recently corrected one, as a result of 'checking suppress (No Drill_Down)'

Can anyone please help me on this, now itself I have spent more than a 8 hours in effort, in searching why the anomaly has occured.

Thanks,

AB

having trouble foolwing your post but I think you mean that that you have a field that has may have than 3000 characters in it and you are getting a page break ont hsi field when you do not want it.

Right Click on the field,
select Format field
select Common tab
uncheck the option 'keep object together' (make it False)
