Can I call an external VB Script or DLL from Formula Workshop in Crystal Report 2008?

VB Script - no.  DLL - yes IF it is set up as a User Function Library (UFL).  You can find more information about UFL's by searching for "User Function Library" in the Crystal Help.

Can I change the OLE Picture's size in UFL with passing the picture's full file name?
