Dear all,

I passed a shared variable from a subreport to my main report and it worked perfectly. I would now like to carry out the following:

1. Calculate the sum of the values from the shared variable in my main report. I cant seem to see the shared variable formula on the left hand side window of my running total fields and hence assume i cannot use a running total for this field. It is worth mentioning that my subreport and main report have two different parameters. My subreport calls out values from a single project and the my main report sums up values from multiple projects grouped by the project number. The link between the sub and main report is the project number. Kindly assist me with creating summing up the shared variables from the main report.


2. I would like to use the exact shared variable value for my other two subreports. Is it possible to link the three somehow? I tried creating a new shared variable from the main report whose value is linked to the subreport. After numerous attempts, i could get this to work. please assist here as well.
