	what is the difference between the methd used to load a report with ReportDocument.Load() method and loading a report with an object of the report. Would you please elaborate the difference between BuildAction = "EmbeddedResource" and BuildAction = "Compile" BuildAction = "Content"

	ReportDocument.Load() loads a report from a separate .rpt file outside of your application. Loading a report from an object usually means that the .rpt file is compiled into your application and doesn't exist as a separate file outside of the app. -Dell
